Welcome to Vikrama Heritage Resort. By completing a reservation, checking in, or entering the premises, guests agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure safety, comfort, and a pleasant stay for all guests.
1. General Policy
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Reservations are non-transferable and must be made under the name of the actual staying guest(s).
The resort is strictly a non-smoking property, except in designated outdoor areas.
Outside food, alcoholic beverages, hookahs, and prohibited substances are not allowed within the premises.
2. Reservation, Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time: 2:00 pm | Standard check-out time: 11:00 am
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A security deposit may be collected at check-in to cover incidental charges or damages.
3. Occupancy Rules
Each room type has a fixed maximum occupancy.
Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10 PM.
Hosting parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval from management is strictly prohibited.
Commercial use of rooms or resort premises (photoshoots, video shoots, product shoots, etc.) is not allowed unless pre-approved in writing.
4. Payment, Cancellation & No-Show
Full payment must be made as per the rate plan chosen at the time of booking.
Cancellation and modification policies vary by rate and will be stated at the time of reservation.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
5. Damage, Loss & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property, furnishings, equipment, or amenities during their stay.
The resort is not liable for loss of personal belongings or valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.
Tampering with smoke detectors, CCTV systems, electrical equipment, or safety features is strictly forbidden.
6. House Rules
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Misconduct, nuisance, or behavior causing disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated.
Use of illegal drugs, narcotics, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
Pets are allowed only if the resort explicitly permits and approves them in advance.
7. Resort’s Right to Refuse Admission or Evict Guests
Vikrama Heritage Resort reserves the absolute right to:
Refuse entry, cancel a reservation, or deny check-in to any guest who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.
Evict guests without refund if they:
Exceed the registered room occupancy
Conduct unauthorized commercial activity (photoshoots, meetings, events, etc.)
Smoke in non-smoking rooms or restricted areas
Cause damage to resort property
Disturb other guests or disrupt operations
Use the premises for unlawful activity
Refuse to comply with staff instructions regarding resort policies
Management’s decision will be final and binding in all such matters.
8. Use of Facilities
Pool, spa, gym, and recreation areas must be used according to posted safety rules.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The resort may temporarily close facilities for maintenance, repairs, or private events.
9. Photography & Videography
Personal photography is permitted in common areas as long as it does not disturb other guests.
Professional, commercial, or staged photoshoots require prior written approval and may be chargeable.
10. Privacy & Security
CCTV surveillance is operational in select public areas for guest safety.
Any attempt to disable or tamper with security equipment will lead to immediate eviction.
11. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
12. Amendments
The resort may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
